Caregiver access
Assigned caregivers can sign in to the secure training portal to view their courses and complete available multiple-choice assessments. Verified hours and practical competency documentation remain separate.
Training status
The secure learner portal is operational. Available YouTube videos are shown on curriculum pages; missing lesson URLs appear as awaiting publication. Lesson acknowledgments, assessments, supervisor-verified hours and completion certificates are managed inside the protected caregiver portal.
